Currently Signode is looking for Accounts Payable Analyst as a team member of Finance Shared Service Center in Tampa, FL.

• AP invoice entry (inventory, non-inventory, utilities, leases, etc.)
  
• AP payments for multiple business units on different ERP systems
  
• AP vendor maintenance (follow currently established company policy)
  
• Assist AP Supervisor with new projects and scope expansion for AP SSC team
  
• Execute against key performance indicators that drive continuous improvement
  
• Adhere to procedures and guidelines supporting internal and external control environments
  
• Perform other duties as requested
• Vendor follow up on issues/follow up with buyers
• Act as a liaison between departments and vendors

• Excellent communication skills
  
• Must be detail oriented
  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Prior use of Excel (Pivot tables and V-look ups a plus)
  
• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
  
• Must be team player with positive attitude
  
• Ability to work independently in a team environment with little management oversight
  
• Ability to interface with employees in various levels of management
  
• Experience using ERP-style financial software (Dynamics AX or Great Plaines preferred)

• High School required (Associate degree preferred)
• Must have AP experience in manufacturing industry
