Description/Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities 


Safely and efficiently maintain customer service duties of the plant. 

  • Process incoming Angleboard orders 

  • Maintain order tracking spreadsheets 

  • Maintain customer records and correspondence 

  • Maintain and update customer pricing sheets 

  • Schedule and follow up on order shipments 

  • Professionally handle incoming phone calls 

  • Answer questions about customer orders and pricing 

  • Process order credits 

  • Back-up Operations Coordinator at times (invoicing, receiving, purchasing) 


Any other job-related duties requested by manager. 


Qualifications and Education Requirements 

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software and communicate effectively. 


Preferred Skills 

High school diploma or GED required.  Accredited degree a plus.
