Description/Job Summary

The Front Office Administrator provides all outward facing aspects of the corporate operation by greeting, and directing visitors appropriately, notifying company personnel of their arrival, while providing a positive first impression of Signode. Inform visitors by answering questions or referring inquiries. Maintain security and telecommunication systems.


Welcome visitors and answer questions they have about Signode Notify company personnel of visitor’s arrival Direct visitors to their destination. Assist with security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary Maintain a visitor log Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and helpful manner Assist colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean front office area Answering the telephone, take and relay messages and provide information to callers Scheduling appointments and maintain appointment calendar Coordinate meeting and organize catering and meeting room bookings Receive, sort, and distribute mail when the mail administrator in not available Ordering office supplies

Required Skills

Prior experience as an administrator, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills, competency in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, and Office 360 Excellent time management skills

Required Education

High School Diploma
