Production Assembler Training Program Signode is looking for top notch candidates to be a part of our Production Assembly Training Program. No experience is necessary. Earn as you learn. Our program will help you build your skills, increase your confidence and allow you to earn more as you demonstrate your proficiency.

What you will be doing:

• Work independently and as part of a team to assemble industry leading components and assemblies.
• Advance in your career through training opportunities and demonstrated performance 
• Become certified on company assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Contribute to our safety performance record.

• Self-Starters willing to roll up their sleeves
• Individuals with a mechanical aptitude
• Individuals with the willingness to learn
• Individuals who are service oriented
• Individuals who want to part of a great team
• Individuals who are concerned about safety
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive work environment.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, up to 50lbs 
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.
