We offer a competitive salary range of $21-$28 based on experience and skill set.

High School diploma or GED equivalent. Strong working knowledge with computer systems especially Microsoft Office 365 package. Strong communication skills both verbally and written. Ability to work independently. Experience in scheduling shipping and receiving. Experience in order entry, tracking and follow-up. Strong math skills. Ability to prioritize and be flexible in performing assigned tasks.


The Customer Service Representatives’ job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Works with minimum supervision.

  • Works at the direction of the Plant Manager.

  • Maintains and updates customer files.

  • Provides on time delivery and follow-up information.

  • Works directly with sales representatives to better serve customers.

  • Carries out all order entry processing and tracks the order throughout all phases of the customer experience.

  • Provides necessary information for the order of purchase products for customers.

  • Builds relationship with customers in specific regions.

  • Works proactively in all facets of serving the customer.

  • Provides a pleasant phone voice and positive attitude.

  • Deals with and handles conflicts pleasantly and in a timely manner.

  • Prepare Accounts Payable packets for timely payments to vendors

  • Collect and file invoices for receipt of goods

  • Month end packet preparation of financials, Accounts Payable, Freight accruals and purchasing accruals.

  • Participate in Plants Safety Programs

  • Any other duties assigned by the facilities Plant Manager
